Randal House Reservation Form

Attached is the reservation form that needs to be completed in order to rent Randal House Clubhouse.  See “Amenity Facilities Policies” for further details of the reservation policies on renting Randal House Clubhouse.

Rental fee: $250 (money order/cashiers check only) plus $250 (check, money order or cashier’s check) refundable deposit.

Separate checks should be made Payable to: Randal Park CDD

Facilities are rentable between the hours of Sunday through Saturday, 9am – 9pm.  10pm is the cut off time for any cleaning.

The maximum number of people is 85.

You may rent the facility for four (4) hours.  Additional time may be accommodated.

Furniture in clubhouse may not be rearranged and must be maintained in its current configuration.

Noise: No music is to be played on the patio or outside the clubhouse.  Doors and windows shall remain closed at all times.

No alcohol allowed unless served by a licensed vendor.

Catering is allowed from licensed vendor.

Caterer and/or bartender will need to provide their license(s) and liability insurance adding the Randal Park CDD as an additional insured.  No exceptions.
